Overall... and excellent value for the price. If your looking for an inexpensive way to start what can be a fairly expensive activity/hobby... this is a good way to go. I have and will continue to recommend this to my friends and family.

This is a great eBike for first time buyers

This is the first eBike we have purchased, and we couldn't be happier; I use it mainly for work-to-home commute. Assembly was a breeze - the bike was almost completely assembled out of the box - and charging the battery did not take that long.
I work at a public school, and the first time I carried the bike from the front to my classroom, I had to stop a few times to rest. Riding this bike is much fun, and it only took one or two attempts to get used to it.
The eBike looks good and feels solid; many people have asked me about it, and I have always recommended it.

Will probably order a second one

No real assembly other than folding down the pedals! After reading about so many other brands and the assembly involved on many of them, this was fantastic. I will say that it took about 15 minutes just to get it unpacked, but that's because they did such a great job protecting the bike from any damage.

Great value and riding it a lot

The bike is great. I like it, and any complaints I might have would likely be true of any bike that I've ever ridden.
One other thing that is good to know is that I am 5'8" and weigh 255 pounds, and the bike fits me comfortably. I say that to emphasize that it is sturdily built, and it can handle my weight without strain - I am sure it would go faster if I lost weight!
Since they asked about the battery life, I will say that it takes me great distances on a single charge. I am primarily pedaling without assist, but I ask for a boost on occasion, to get me up a hill, etc. That boost is on demand if you leave it in full electric mode because the boost is received via a twist of the throttle.
What else can I say. I am pleased with the bike. And the price was right!

Love this bike

I received my package in perfect condition. Opened immediately and found that it was well packaged. Assembly was straight forward and easy to follow. I used my own tools and assembly went much easier. Seat is relatively comfortable and easy to adjust. I bought it for my wife and the step-thru design was perfect for her. The battery came with about 75% charge so I took it for a spin around the block and this little bike has plenty of get up and go. You can get about 25 mph (I'm 85 kg). I really like how tight the bike folds up and how easy it is. We will be carrying it on a carrier rack on the back of a jeep and the compact design allows for room for extra stuff. So far, we can't find anything that we don't like about this e-bike.
