Q5: How dual batteries work:
1. When a second battery is installed, a button next to the battery can be pressed to switch it on.

2. When both batteries are turned on, the bike will automatically use them collectively.
Please note: The higher voltage and power of the two batteries will be used first, the power of both batteries will be used at the same time when the voltage and power of the two batteries are at the same level.
For example: one battery voltage and power at 50, other at 40. The voltage and power of the battery with 50 will be used first, when used to 40, both batteries will be used together until the power is run out.

Q6: What to do when the throttle doesn’t pop back on the M20 e-bike:
1. Loosen the screw that fastens the throttle handle.

2. Pull out the throttle handle slightly, being sure to leave some distance between theaccelerator handle and the brake shifter kit.

3. Turn the throttle a few times until the throttle handle rebounds.

4. Fasten the screw previously removed from the throttle handle.

Q7: Where is the second battery mount:
The second battery comes packaged with its own battery mount. The second battery and the e-bike are sold separately.

Exhilarating Ride & Exceptional Service

This bike is a great commuter bike and is very reliable. The frame is vary stable and overall quality of the bike is very good. Suspension is great and very smooth on the bumpy roads. Battery lasts me a full day and doesn't take long to charge. I have tested it on mountain trails and it performed very well in harsh trail conditions.

Simple yet sleek aesthetic E-bike

I am very impressed with this E-bike, I love the look and design. The bright LED lights the digital speedometer, the LED brake lights. I highly recommend getting the dual batteries. I weight about 195lbs and I get a max speed of about 27MPH.
Thats is pretty impressive!! Definitely recommend this bike and a great price..

Fun bike but top speed limited

Its a fun and cool looking with range of 23 miles on one battery throttle only in PAS 5. see video on You tube. The 20A output on controller is limits top speed to 26-28 mph

Worth it!

This thing is awesome! Love the retro style. Love that its a dual battery. I havent pushed its limit to 45miles/battery, 90+ for both batteries..but I wouldnt be surprised if it actually did those numbers. I also havent reached 28mph yet, but again, I dont feel the need to. This is my summer daily commuter to work. And I dont live far. Saves me money on gas.
