I’m really impressed by this electric bike! It’s solid, super fun to ride, and the acceleration when you push on the pedals is just awesome. It’s perfect for forest trails, though a little frustrating on the road due to European regulations. The customer service is super responsive and efficient, which is always a big plus. Got the bike on time, and it was well protected during delivery. Assembly was quick，It performs really well on dirt paths and rocky terrain. No problem tackling steep hills — it climbs like a champ! The 250w motor gives great performance. I definitely recommend it.
The after-sales service is top-notch. I contacted them by email and got a fast, helpful reply. Really impressive — a solid 10/10.
