Easy to get used to and easy to ride

it has been years since I rode a bike. Was easy to assemble and was easy to get on a ride. Love the assist easy on the knees when going up hill.

As with any new piece of equipment, it took me a little while to get use to the operation and setup of this ebike. I'll have to say that Customer Service and Tech Support service has been great and quick in responding to my questions.

This is a great bike! Cheaper than other electric bikes and reliable. Also if you do have any issues the manufacturer is very good at making things right so you can get back to riding. Hope this helps.
